I purchased at least three BMWs over the years at Daniel’s and sales / service has always been excellent. Today, I tried to make an appointment for inspection and an oil change, which is part of a ne Daniel’s and sales / service has always been excellent. Today, I tried to make an appointment for inspection and an oil change, which is part of a new car maintenance program. Despite me stating the inspection is due the end of December, I was told the wait time for a shuttle ride to work is backed up well into mid January! No accommodations were offered since the state inspection is due at the end of December.. So now the two options I have are either wait at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours or have someone pick me up. Both options are very difficult for me with my work schedule. I never had an issue like this in the past and was always able to get through to my regular service agent Ethan. When I told the person I was speaking with that I was disappointed in the way service has declined at Daniel’s, there was no effort made to see what she could do to assist. Certainly no apology, just a simple “goodbye”. By contrast, when my wife’s Lexus needs service, it’s the royal treatment. This includes (if needed) picking up the vehicle at our house and delivering it back when finished. Maybe it’s time for a Lexus! More

Very poor customer service. Service advisor had our car keys after our service was completed, but was so lazy that he couldn’t even be bothered to let us know or hand over our, Service advisor had our car keys after our service was completed, but was so lazy that he couldn’t even be bothered to let us know or hand over our, even though the entire time we were sitting right behind him waiting for our car to be done. After awhile, we walked over to him to ask about our car, and saw our keys on his table. When asked why didn’t he handed over our keys once the service was done he coolly said it was with him for 10 minutes and he was planning to come up us . He said someone will get our car once it is washed. To our surprise, we found our car was parked in a parking lot for a while. Horrible customer service and lazy advisors. More
