Michael previously searched for and located my car with the specific features I wanted. It was actually on a ship leaving Germany headed for a So. Cal dealership. Michael arranged a swap and within days, my car arrived in pristine condition. Michael is genuinely caring and honest man who will help you select the right car at the right price...period. Brandon's coaching with respect to all of the new whiz-bang features in general and iDrive in particular was very much appreciated and spot-on. The paperwork was fast and painless thanks to Jennifer. Boris is Awesome!!! :) I originally came in to BMW Concord because I had some extra time on my hands and my 8yr old son absolutely loves BMWs. I was greeted by Boris whom I informed I wasn't really interested in buying we were just looking. He gave me no pressure and still treated us like honored guests. I didn't seat in any of the cars my son did (in almost every floor model) in the driver seat and Boris was absolutely GREAT with him and treated my son like the buyer (adjusted seat and showed him several of the car features). So making a long story short Boris's non-pressured great customer service and quiet relaxed manner lead me to trust him and continued to do business with him. I definitely am a customer that is very hard to please but Boris was still very respectful of my wants and needs. On each successive trip I took to BMW I never felt pressured nor did Boris rush me or act like he had better things to do. Boris was very confident and knowledgeable about all the features of the cars I looked at and truly has a love for BMW. Originally just came to BMW to look and waste a little with my BMW obsessed son and....... 2 weeks later (which equals about 4 trips later) I was driving off the lot in a brand new 550i.
