I had been looking for a Mini that fit my needs, and I had gone to this dealership as well as East Bay Mini. There was no bargaining involved since I got my Mini as a "manager's special," so I did not feel as if I was being hassled. Even after my car was purchased, Jason helped me with a few manufacturing details that were missing in my Mini. Overall experience was great and quick. More

Tim Renner was very helpful with my old 1989 BMW. My service advisor, Andrew Northrop, always "listens" to me and asks questions to ensure that he fully understands my problems. He also asks questions of me about other issues. This is not the closest dealership for me but I have used them for many years because of their customer service, quality of work, friendliness of the team, and willingness to provide service regardless of the dollar amount of the repair. This dealership provides the best price - and I definitely look around - that you can get in the Bay Area. Danny's very upfront when answering all my questions and works hard to get me the car I want with the specific packages in mind. We even custom-ordered my first car that I bought from him. I filled out all the necessary paperwork beforehand so when the day came to pick up my car, I just had to sign the papers and my car was ready to go. The finance guy, Scott Wilson, was extremely professional and friendly. At any rate, I would highly recommend BMW Concord and Danny Andrade. More

Unexpected service requirement on a Saturday. Tim called early in the AM that he was the Customer Contact and would be in touch with me shortly on Maintenance.
