Peter was attentive to my vehicle needs and was able to assist my husband and I through every step of the purchasing process. He explained things in layman terms as well as listened to our needs, both from a financial perspective and a vehicle "wanted features" point of view. Bottom line Peter represents BMW very well and takes the hassle out of car shopping and buying! BMW in my opinion stands for high performance, excellence, and class...Peter embodies these characteristics! More
I had been looking for a Mini that fit my needs, and I had gone to this dealership as well as East Bay Mini. East Bay Mini was also very friendly, but I felt as if they were being nice and saying what I w had gone to this dealership as well as East Bay Mini. East Bay Mini was also very friendly, but I felt as if they were being nice and saying what I wanted to hear as opposed to the truth. Jason was very honest and upfront about everything. He did not try to sell me additional features, etc. because he knew I was clear about what I wanted and did not want. There was no bargaining involved since I got my Mini as a "manager's special," so I did not feel as if I was being hassled. Even after my car was purchased, Jason helped me with a few manufacturing details that were missing in my Mini. Overall experience was great and quick. More
As a first time owner of a BMW, it was a very hassle-free experience at my local BMW dealership for maintenance. I had no appointment scheduled and was still assisted and met Tim Renner in a matter of 10 mi experience at my local BMW dealership for maintenance. I had no appointment scheduled and was still assisted and met Tim Renner in a matter of 10 mintues. Mr. Renner was very helpful in what the car needed and was in contact with me throughout the day. Tim Renner was very helpful with my old 1989 BMW. My service advisor, Andrew Northrop, always "listens" to me and asks questions to ensure that he fully understands my problems. He also asks questions of me about other issues. Appointments are timely; cust me and asks questions to ensure that he fully understands my problems. He also asks questions of me about other issues. Appointments are timely; customer service is a focus of everyone; I am provided updates on the repair status; and the car is ready when promised. This is not the closest dealership for me but I have used them for many years because of their customer service, quality of work, friendliness of the team, and willingness to provide service regardless of the dollar amount of the repair. He makes the sa courteous, very professional and friendly. This is the second BMW that I've bought from Danny Andrade, my sales guy at BMW Concord. He makes the sales process as easy as possible. This dealership provides the best price - and I definitely look around - that you can get in the Bay Area. Danny's very upfront when answering all my questions and works hard to get me the car I want with the specific packages in mind. We even custom-ordered my first car that I bought from him. I filled out all the necessary paperwork beforehand so when the day came to pick up my car, I just had to sign the papers and my car was ready to go. The finance guy, Scott Wilson, was extremely professional and friendly. At any rate, I would highly recommend BMW Concord and Danny Andrade. More

Tim/Concord BMW accomodated the day I requested, the car was ready when promised and ALL service items were completed as pro dealership for service. Unexpected service requirement on a Saturday. Tim called early in the AM that he was the Customer Contact and would be in touch with me shortly on Maintenance.
