Ken was a great client advisor; Very knowledgeable and available, but not intrusive or pushy. I felt like he gave my wife and I time to look at the used car options on our own, test drive a couple or car available, but not intrusive or pushy. This makes the third BMW I have bought from Ken and as usual it was a very good experience. Even when things don't go right at the get go he does everything he can to correct situations.
