I been going to east bay BMW for 10yrs. - Steven
I been going to east bay BMW for 10yrs. Bought 2 bmw’s there. I luckily found the most helpful service advisor, Ben Simpson..Believe me he is the reason why I will probably but another bmw there. Ben Simpson is the best. Always helpful and goes above and beyond. If I need anything I ask i know Ben will guide me. Removing any possible anxiety. The dealership has complimentary snacks which helps 😀
