I have been to this dealership many times over the past 6 months since purchasing a 2001 330i (not at this dealership), to have all types of different things fixed on my vehicle. Recently, I had the experience of taking my 2004 BMW 530I for service. I was a wonderful experience. Treated very well by Peter from the moment I called about a used Mini listed on Auto Trader (I think that was the site). I had concerns going to a BMW dealership as to how I would be treated since I definit a used Mini listed on Auto Trader (I think that was the site). I had concerns going to a BMW dealership as to how I would be treated since I definitely was pulling up in an old Chevrolet, but those concerns were doused immediately. Peter treated us with respect, and my wife and I always felt like we were a priority even though we weren't buying a $50k car. That's when you know customer service is good.
