Great experience with Wendy Dahlstrom at BMW Concord for CPO I have to admit I didn't know what to expect especially as I'd dealt with several other BMW dealers in the bay area. But Wendy had the biggest select I have to admit I didn't know what to expect especially as I'd dealt with several other BMW dealers in the bay area. But Wendy had the biggest selection of what I was looking for ultimately (a blue 335i convertible with CPO) - frankly the only dealer with the various option package that I wanted. Upon finding the car, Wendy was very forthright and honest to deal with - I never felt like she promised something she couldn't deliver including pricing concessions as well as things that we wanted to have the dealer take care of. For example, the car had gone through CPO processing but still had a few cosmetic issues - Wendy immediately highlighted all the problem areas (including micro dings - small rock strikes that are hard to get out). While i did have to take the car back in - it was worth it. The car, although used, looks like 95% new. Wendy is highly recommended - very straightforward and honest. More

Fantastic Approach I visited several dealerships over the course of a month, and that's what they all felt like. "Dealerships". The generic high-pressure sales pitches I visited several dealerships over the course of a month, and that's what they all felt like. "Dealerships". The generic high-pressure sales pitches from people who don't seem to care, or in some cases even know, about their product. Then there's BMW Concord. To keep this short let's just make this analogy: they're kind of a like an Apple store. You walk in, there's awesome products everywhere, someone will ask if you need any help, and if you do they'll happily answer all your questions, tell you what they think is cool about this one versus that one, and they have made an obvious attempt to make the actual purchase easier. Plus... they have a "BMW Genius". So it appears they are striving for this customer centric model. They're good. I hope all experiences here follow this pattern, but, just incase they don't, I worked with: Noah and Jennifer, with noticeable awesomeness from the sales manager and the "BMW Genius". More

Every time I texted Gary in the morning to give me a call, he would call me back within 10 minutes or less--even outside of his normal office hours and on his days off. In fact and I believe it was Mr. Arjang who spelled the difference between buying and simply uttering the classic buyer line, “I’ll come back later.” He was a client advisor “extraordinaire.” Mr. Arjang took the whole buying process into a higher level. The thing which I was not able to accomplish with the other 7 dealerships and 2 months of X5 hunting , he did it in less than an hour of negotiating. He did it swiftly. Mr. Arjang was direct to the point. I did not feel the aura of being pressure to buy his car. A practice so common in the industry . There were no open ended sentences. I laid my cards on the table and he took it from there. He knows where I was coming from. And after a few minutes , he already have option A and option B infront of me. He was able to secure a lower APR for me despite my handicap. My dream of owning an X5 came true with the invaluable help from the Ultimate BMW client advisor. He knows his business. And the most important of all......HE DELIVERS. Of course, this could have not materialized if BMW Concord doesn’t have in it’s inventory the particular X5 I was looking for.
