Tony is very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. His obvious love of the job & of BMW vehicles is infecting. I came in just for a comparison test drive and walked out with a brand new car. Brian Perrigo was great to work with. He is professional and a car guy himself. I was pretty demanding on the price and he hung in there and worked with me. I would recommend this dealership and especially and a car guy himself. I was pretty demanding on the price and he hung in there and worked with me. I would recommend this dealership and especially Brian. More
This makes the third BMW I have bought from Ken and as usual it was a very good experience. Even when things don't go right at the get go he does everything he can to correct situations. I feel like he re usual it was a very good experience. Even when things don't go right at the get go he does everything he can to correct situations. I feel like he really cares about my customer experience and has my back. I trust that he isn't just telling me something I want to hear. Trust is important component to have in business relationship, and especially in the car business. Ken also has a good understanding of the integration between tech devices and the car and seems current on new changes. His understanding of BMW cars and all their features is also impressive. Buy from Ken and you will have a good experience. More
We just bought a new X1 from BMW of Concord and Brian Perrigo was great, as was everyone we had contact with at the dealership. We came every time with one or 2 kids (and 1 or 2 parents), and they were Perrigo was great, as was everyone we had contact with at the dealership. We came every time with one or 2 kids (and 1 or 2 parents), and they were exceptionally patient and useful. They even let the kids play with the toys in the parts shop and we debated the car, then as we sorted through the paperwork. Their waiting room has fruit, snacks, coffee, and filtered water, and is a nice place to sit. I never felt like we were in anyone's way, which is pretty impressive for spending one weekend and two mornings there (with a toddler and preschooler). I test drove twice, and my husband also drove, and they were able to answer our questions and lead us to the right BMW for us. It is a nice dealership- low pressure and pleasant to be in. Highly recommend it. More

It didn't matter if I was in BMW of Honolulu, BMW of Atlanta, Chapman BMW of AZ or BMW in Launsthul Germany BMW customer service is number one.. Concord BMW and its employees, especially Joey T. and Craig B. is why I will continue our special relationship, my satisfaction matters and in this world of declining customer service Concord is worth their weight in gold............ Purchased an X5 early last year to find out 12 months later that the 20" run flat tires only last around 10,000 miles and require replacement for around $600 each. We were also recommended that we had a later that the 20" run flat tires only last around 10,000 miles and require replacement for around $600 each. We were also recommended that we had an alignment and fuel injection service during our annual oil change to the tune of $550 although the car came with a 4 year/50k service warranty but these two items were not covered in that warranty package. Interesting that none of this is mentioned during the sales process when buying the car and emphasis is made on whats included and not on whats not included. Very uncomfortable with the "up-selling" process of the service department and disappointed in BMW as a company. We like the car but these hidden future costs are extremely expensive and probably will result in not buying another BMW in the future. More
