He was friendly, and definitely not pushy. He made the whole process easy and transaction went smoothly. They even waxed the car before I drove it off! Until I found the car of my dreams, X3 M40i, this car was a lot more that I was planning to spend but they do they magic and I was able to get this car with all features that i wanted for the price that I was going to spend in the other model.
