When I asked how much it would cost they referred me to the service department. I got a phone message that said leave a message because they were busy checking in cars and they would get back to me after noon. I never received a phone call. Sunday evening my husband asked me if I was going to do a night drop and I decided I would. I left a note to please call me before starting so I knew how much it would cost. Tim told me and was going to be done with the conversation until I interrupted him to tell him I wanted him to use my lug nut that came with the car and take off the lock lug nut. When picking up the car. Then didn't have my paper work ready even though I received a text my car was ready. Tim was to busy to talk to me. They brought out the wrong car to me. They had a difficult time finding my car it happened to be blocked in by another car that they had to find the key for. The gentle men trying to locate my car was very apologetic and did their best and were very kind. that was the only positive part of my experience of my time. I will think twice before I go back More

I use to take my 3 Series here. They advised I needed to replace my tires and wouldn't mark up vs other tire stores. They didn't but also failed to disclose the $200+ balancing fee until after the tires were installed. I should have learned to stay away as I also leased an i3 and they didn't disclose extra costs. When I questioned them the sales manager was unapologetic and unsympathetic. Basically said too bad and senior management ignored my questions completely. Unfortunately, I love my BMWs but I will never set foot again in BMW Concord. Great cars but they don't care at all about their customers More

I met Sheila a couple of years ago through a mutual friend. Sheila knew I was a Realtor and when I first called her she did an amazing job in narrowing down my needs. I told her I needed enough room for my yard signs, a comfortable environment for my clients, and I also wanted a car that I would enjoy driving. Two days later when I went to visit her at Concord BMW, she had a gorgeous model X-3 X-Drive 30i waiting for me. The first thing she said to me was "let's load up the back of the car with what you'll need to carry". I'm not sure many sales agents would be as focused on my needs as Sheila was. The test drive was fantastic. Sheila's knowledge of the car was exceptional. She pointed out numerous features that were very important to me that I had communicated to her in our original conversation. Without having told her, I was sold before we had returned to the dealership. Sheila knew my budget and my needs and when we returned she told me "I think this is the right car for you". She was right. When I returned home, I called her to tell her that I would pick up the car the next day. Everything about my experience with Sheila and Concord BMW lived up to, and even surpassed my expectations. My experience buying this car was by far the best I've had in my many years. Not only were they friendly, professional, and extremely competent, they were also completely transparent from beginning to end, which is almost oxymoronic when you think of dealerships! Found exactly what I wanted! My 2016 328i lease was up and I needed to find the same color and trim in a 2018. I visited my local BMW dealership in Roseville, CA the weekend before and they had no inventory. So I decided to call other BMW dealerships located at a reasonable distance. I was beginning to feel discouraged. Until I called BMW Concord (100 miles away). Sheila picked up the phone and was really friendly and easy to work with. She said they had 2 vehicles in stock to my liking. We narrowed it down to 1. After exchanging a few text messages on downpayment and monthly rate we came to a deal. I drove an hour and a half only to find out another customer had committed to buying my car 😕. There was a mixup with marking the car as sold and Sheila had thought it was available. After a few minutes at looking at a different car, I realized the deal most likely would not happen. I was very down at that point, especially driving for an hour and a half to get what I wanted. Well, Sheila seeing this, was able to pull some strings and offer me the original car I came in for. I was there and ready to make a deal so they were able to offer it to me. We ran into few speed bumps at financing, at no fault of Sheila so I was not able to drive the car off the lot that day because their finance department closed. Not to worry, Sheila offered to drive the car over the next day. She was super personable throughout the entire process and very informative. I highly recommend her even if you are out of town. She was worth the drive to deal with. If you’re in the market for a BMW definitely go through her. Sheila is the best sales advisory I’ve ever dealt with! More
