It was our first time dealing with the BMW service department. What a pleasure to work with Angel (came over from WC Mercedes at the same time we left). I wish we had come sooner! Car was super detailed after purchase and it looks amazing. The sales people and the "genius app people" were all very welcoming. The new IX is amazing to drive and operate. I called him at 5:40 pm left a voice message that I indeed wanted the vehicle. I did not receive a return call however at 10Am on Wednesday May 17, 2023 he texted me stating that someone came into the dealership after I left and they purchased the car. This is what you call the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. No courtesy call or follow up. Truly I've purchased BMW's from the dealership in the past but they will not get my business again. Its a shady operation. More

They claimed I punctured a loaner car tire and forced me to pay for the tire even when the low tire light was already on before I drove off the lot. I have been treated so poorly ever. More
I stopped on the way to the service dept. to put gas in my car, so I knew the gas level in my car. When I picked up the car, the gas was totally empty; so much so, that the car was pinging t to put gas in my car, so I knew the gas level in my car. When I picked up the car, the gas was totally empty; so much so, that the car was pinging that the car was on empty. The service papers indicated no mileage driven, yet all of my gas disappeared. The dealership had no explanation, only to infer that I did not know how much gas I put in the car. They checked the gas gage, and said it was working fine. Obviously, something happened here. In all the years that I have owned this car, the gas level has never been this low. Since that incident, I have had no further issues with the gas. Things have gone very bad with this dealership. Beware! More
