Example: Let the buyer know that their car is not ready for pick up. - Need to a lot more information in the beginning to fully make the buyer understand. - The dealership needs to let the buyer know that they plan on trying more than 3 banks. - The dealership need not change the car the buyer was told they could have in the first visit. Gave me multiple options for potential purchases and allowed ME to make the choice. I did choose a 2010 Chevy Traverse, AWD low mileage. My payments are lower than I had expected them to be. Explained the benefit of making multiple payments, etc. I will absolutely recommend AUTODRIVE1 to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Worst dealer ever Worst service ever. Went into dealer may 1. Went thru Two cars that were lemons. Finally got a car in July. They had my stuff in one car to be transfe Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They are bad business. I'm very disappointed in how they practice business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone especially women. They try to get over on women. A shame! I do want to say the situation was resolved but in my own opinion it shouldn't have taken that long. Very disappointed that they said they bent over backwards for me to put me in this car but shouldn't they at this point. More

Oh what an experience that I will never forget So apparently my face expression walking in to this dealership made all the difference, I was desperate for a vehicle and it took 1000 down and 3 week So apparently my face expression walking in to this dealership made all the difference, I was desperate for a vehicle and it took 1000 down and 3 weeks of running around and getting lied to and being talked down to in order for me to purchase this xxx of a vehicle. I didnt even see or drive the vehicle till I actually took it with me and they gave it to me with a garbage battery and I have no money at the moment to get a battery so its just sitting there and David A decided to tell me if I had good credit I wouldnt b going through this so before I took the vehicle I asked for a refund and he says I dont talk that refund lingo that the vehicle was mines and that I signed the papers and I couldnt get out of it I was in shock and it gets worse I started making payments on a vehicle I didnt even have in my possession yet or have ever seen for that matter oh and did I mention when I was finally able to pick up the vehicle the only way I was allowed to was I had to bring a vehicle payment to the dealership and that wasnt even going to be applied to my regular payments so he must have needed the money oh and my vehicle payments are 116 a week so when I brought him the payment he says thanks ill keep the change for coffee!!!! This place is a scam and they will say whatever they have to just to take you for that ride im telling you all do not I mean do not go to this dealership there are plenty dealerships who wont screw you over I did my part you all have been warned if you dont believe me please by all means go there and ill b right here saying I told you so. This place and especially David have no conscience. David seems like an understanding person but behind the scenes he is planning your down fall and if you pick up on it he gets rude so please dont give them a dime More

Somewhat satisfied customer Mike was very friendly and understanding. Andrew looked for a bank that could provide us with a payment that fit our budget. Right away we had issues with the vehicle, which were somewhat resolved. This could have been avoided if they take the time and pay the money for professionals to get their vehicles properly inspected and services. We say somewhat resolved because only one of the parts was replaced and we found out upon inspection. The tech should have been well aware that both needed to be done. They did provided our family with a vehicle to use while the other was being serviced. Loui was awesome, caring and professional! Vehicle just began to make noises again, we hope it's nothing major and prefer to bring it to a dealer to make sure there are no other issues that went unseen. Would only go back in the future if they improve in the areas mentioned to avoid customer dissatisfaction. More
