the best guys in town the dealership at autodrive1 in Natick was by far the best experience I've ever had being a Haitian me and I mean born in Haiti it can be very intimid the dealership at autodrive1 in Natick was by far the best experience I've ever had being a Haitian me and I mean born in Haiti it can be very intimidating to walk into a dealership but I must say that David was a gentleman and a scholar he treated me with respect and dignity he made sure I was 100 percent comfortable he explained all the documents that I have the song and when I came to pick up my beautiful Nissan Altima it look like it was in brand new condition practically and I get to tell you I didn't have the best friend in the world actually to be honest I got really bad credit however they were able to get me approved with very little money down at a monthly payment I can afford autodrive1 and David are excellent thank you so much More

Totally Unsatisfied Customer The sales people David and Michael lied to me at almost every turn. They both overpromised and under delivered. I had to take the car I purchased to The sales people David and Michael lied to me at almost every turn. They both overpromised and under delivered. I had to take the car I purchased to get it inspected myself. The car failed inspection. They both lied to me and said that the spare key would be mailed to me. There was no spare key to the vehicle. They refused to pay for the spare key after lying about it. They lied about the amount financed. And told me that I could refinance after 6 timely payments but refused when asked to put it in writing. The car was supposed to be cleaned inside in out. Neither was done. The car was filthy. It took three weeks for them to register my car after I had paid for the insurance. My insurance company called me three times asking why my car had not been registered. You are crazy if you even think of doing business with Auto DRIVE 1. They are liars and dishonest and use deceptive business practices.. The manager in Bridgewater Andrew Bowen ignored my phones calls when I reached out to him with my disappointmentioned and dissatisfaction with there service and business practices. More

Simple process, polite and friendly for a first time owner I'm young and need to start building my credit. I've had a few cars now in my mothers name, but it was time for the first vehicle in my name, and thes I'm young and need to start building my credit. I've had a few cars now in my mothers name, but it was time for the first vehicle in my name, and these guys had a beautiful Toyota Tacoma in excellent condition on their Natick lot. Test drove it, and once I was ready to purchase and set up my first car loan they walked me through the process with ease, with a quick phone call I got approved for a loan. Seeing my discomfort at the rate, they assured me it was simply because of a lack of credit history, and gave me helpful advice on how to lower it down the road.
