I made an appointment and saw Michael, the General manager later on came in to introduce himself to me. Michael was such a nice gentleman! he explained everything to me and how they work. So glad I came in! I totally recommend this place! More

unprofessional liars!!!!!! I went to just see what car I was eligible to get prior to coming in about 6 months before. Not to be a sob story but I worked my xxx off over the summer just to be able to purchase at least a Toyota Camry. Of course after providing the numbers of my bank account's and proff of how much money I was making with 2 jobs credit or no credit apparently my money wasn't good enough. It had got to a point here I wanted just a decent gas effective car that was fairly new so I settled for what they offered. I spoke with Joe my first go around the second time I sat with Tom, I figured Joe is behind the scenes now because after reading the reviews and speaking with a few people, many people Dont like him. Either way Tom sold me a bogus story of a bankrupt divorced man who settled for a lower class car from them only to return 1 year a few months later to be put into his black on black Range Rover. BullS#&+!! Anywho I was offered a 2008 Pontiac g6 gt that I accepted and put the minimum of 100$ down for a deposit. After beinf told all the bells and whistles would be in tip top shape for the loan, car, bank, references etc within the next week or so, as the week went on I crunched the numbers and of course they didn't make sense. I called multiple times just for info on the car too look up insurance and what not and got the run around for a few days. Then apparently all my paper work and references got screwed up so I had to redo all that. Then I got to the point of no return and backed out completely. I called tom to tell him I had a change of heart and also had family issues that were more important then buying a xxxxty Pontiac that they don't even make anymore for a mark up on interest that doubles the car. Now if this were a car I wanted I would maybe accept but it didn't make sense. Tom proceeds to tell me I'm fully responsible for the loan that the paper work was signed and I had no choice. I mentioned I only put 100$ deposit and hadn't even seen the car. How could I be responsible. He then told me the bank wouldn't accept any excuse and I had no choice . basically he tried to bully me into going through with the process and weather I did or not I was responsible regardless. Told him to kick rocks and called the bank source one where the loan is based and they had told me the loan hadn't even been finalized yet and he was telling me a complete like. I guess that 100$ was more important the decent customer service and honesty. This was about 1 month and 1 week maybe 2 ago and still to this day I'm getting the run around about my 100$ deposit. I call Monday and the person I need to speak with is gone until Friday. I call Friday in the morning and the person i need has gone for the day won't be back until monday........ Really.... I call Monday in told I'll receive a call by the end of the day.... No call. I call tuesday during my lunch break and I'm out on hold forever . I speak to a woman named Lisa at another branch and I get the worse attitude and more run around. I just thought to call again and wrote this review instead.. Everyone's situation is unique but one way or the otemher they will get over in your. No credit? Your better off waiting and saving your money or putting that money towards increasing your credit score and getting what you want. They will only sell you what. They tthonk you deserve and dance around questions and clearly are professial liars and unprofessiaonl car sakes men. I mean the cars are out back for crying same. They Dont even let you drive or see them. Dont do it!!!!!! More

No problems here I had no problems with this dealership. I also made sure that before I drove off the lot, the car was all in working order, and I insisted on test-dri I had no problems with this dealership. I'm not sure about these other folks that had bad experiences but my 2011 Fusion is still working great - Joe found me exactly what I was looking for and was helpful and pleasant through the whole process. Sadly, honest dealings are not found here I hold myself mostly responsible for the mess we have gotten into with this dealer. I don't write this as much with anger as I do with sorrow, that people who, likely by there own fault find themselves in a state of chasing the 'we will finance you' carrot, and are getting caught in this charade of honesty. In short, in order to get the car, I had to sign off on a laundry list of items that they had not completed as promised, while they knocked $500.00 off the down payment. While I will easily spend that $500.00 twice to resolve the list, it is the new findings that are more upsetting. These are mechanical issues, some of which are safety related that would have been found had they truly performed the vehicle inspection that was promised. Please exercise extreme diligence if you choose to deal with these dealers. Then again if you choose to be diligent in your pursuit of a quality vehicle from AutoDriveOne, they will not find it worth it to deal with you. More

Check engine light came on during my ride home. I called told to bring it to his guy in Framingham. The mechanic turned it off great! An hour later its back on. but this is not the only problem. There was an issue w/ the financing so I had to go sign more paperwork and received another bill of sale. Told the same thing I would receive my registration in the mail. Well more than a week later I was pulled over told I was driving unregistered and uninsured (criminal charges by the way) Very nice police officer understood that I had recently purchased the car I was NOT arrested but did receive a citation. Then when I called Auto drive 1 it took me 2 days to get a person and they told me I had to pay for the tow and storage fee's 200 dollars.. .I am a single mother I do not have an extra 200 laying around and told them this; NO give I had until 3pm to come up w/ the $ or they were getting the car. Ok that's fine with me, but I need my deposit back I was told no. I left work early to go clean out the car. so I also lost a 1/2 days pay. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!! I have filed a complaint w/ the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to try and get my 1250 back so I might be able to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. THESE PEOPLE LIE CHEAT AND STEAL! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!! More
