Slight bumps, but overall a good experience I went to Auto Drive one in Natick to purchase a vehicle due to my credit. Mike was great, very attentive. He didn't push me into just any vehicle. I was very happy with my purchase and felt they really helped me out with getting into the car I wanted,. There was no push, he showed me a few things, but was able to find the car I wanted,. Andrew was AWESOME!! He helped me out from day one. He made me feel like I wasn't just a check, but a person who needed help. He worked with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my car. Lisa and Ben were also always helpful and friendly. There were a few hiccups with the process. My car wasn't detailed when I picked it up. I was putting a slight rush on them when I got it, but still that could have been done. A key piece of paperwork wasn't filed at the time of purchase, but Andrew was able to fix the problem in a timely fashion,. The car wasn't ready for pick up when they told me it would be, but that was because I wasn't trading in a car and needed new plates. I have read some of the review that other people had and I can say that I did not have a bad experience when purchasing the car. The down payment was reasonable, they got me in touch with a great insurance agent, and thy answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car who has less then perfect credit. More

Sold me a bad car I was approved for a car loan through this company they talked me into buying a car off the computer by showing me pictures and telling me the car was I was approved for a car loan through this company they talked me into buying a car off the computer by showing me pictures and telling me the car was in great condition. I never got to see the car until I picked it up. Once I picked the car up the back bumper was screwed in scratches all over the car tire sensor light was on bad tires then the check light came on 2 days later. Now I've had the car almost 6 months and had to spend money on 4 sets of pads a new lower control arm new tires and now the transmission is leaking. These guys are crooks and don't care about there customers especially Joe dibisio the manager. All they wanna do is sell u anything More
