My problem was diagnosed, parts ordered, and request for payment from Mopar immediately without me having to do anything except bring my vehicle back to have the warranty work completed. They change a sensor on my truck because of the engine light being on and now driving it to Chicago. It happened again the same code the same sensor. I came in for an oil change and other services, and as always, I was pleased. Still not happy about the piece missing from my car that was removed without having a replacement piece available, but now thi always, I was pleased. Still not happy about the piece missing from my car that was removed without having a replacement piece available, but now this has become a Ford issue. I would hope that in the future, when a recall is called for, there is more consideration taken whether or not the recall part is in stock and can be replaced before arbitrarily removing a piece. I am not happy that I have a piece of tape now protecting my car but it is what it is. Overall though, I was happy with this experience. More
