I had a service appointment at Austin Ford Chrysler dealership yesterday to have my 2023 Ford Expedition looked at, because a service required light kept showing up. Turned out that some critters had chewed through some wires under my vehicle. They originally thought it might not be fixed till possibly the next day. So they’re administrative assistant, Angie Wagaman, took it upon herself to call Steve Moline from the sales department, who was actually the one who sold me my vehicle, to see if they had a loaner vehicle I could use. Within a matter of a few minutes, I was given a vehicle to drive home. Then, just a couple hours later, I received a call saying my vehicle was fixed & ready to go. They got both of my cars in right away together even though they said they might not be able to. Doug was great and came out when there was an issue and Angie at the front desk was great too!
