I visited the dealership to address an electrical issue with the dashboard, which had been causing problems for several days. Supposedly they had checked everything, but the issue persisted. This is the worst dealership I have EVER dealt with. The service department was worse than poor. They have pitiful communication standards and are not honest. I foolishly took it to Arrigo who told me I needed over $10,000 dollars worth of work on my engine. It was fine when I drove it there. If it needed so much work, why were they so interested in buying it from me? I do not trust the integrity of either the sales or service department and neither should you! It used to be a good service dept. until Arrigo sold it. More

With the ongoing issues and that my truck has been in the shop collectively for one year out of the less than two years we have owned it, I would appreciate a buy back. I know we discussed it and you’re not interested in the truck, but it is not about that. You sold me the truck and the warranty which was completely misrepresented by the finance department. Your shop has lost tens of thousands of dollars on this truck as well and will continue to because I will not stop bringing it to them. At this point it’s more about doing what is right than anything. I request a buyback for 90% of the purchase price or a trade-in at the full purchase price towards another used vehicle.
