I brought my car in for an oil change and to have it looked at for a concern I was having. Justin Barrett reached out to me to let me know the technicians suspected a leak and suggested we do some diagn looked at for a concern I was having. When I was hesitant to do the diagnostics Justin used his power of persuasion to explain why he felt it might be better to do now and not wait. Trusting him, we proceeded and it’s a good thing we did because it was found that I needed a new engine. Justin helped me feel at ease letting me know that this job fell under my warranty and he would get the paperwork started. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and patiently answered any questions I had and never made me feel rushed. I’m thankful Justin has such a trusting personality and kind spirit.
