WARNING*******Purchased certified pre owned vehicle within short time of having car issues occurred. Took to another Acura dealership that stated there were several problems. Trying to get this corrected by Acura of Berlin and Rachel will not call back. I have left 4 messages. The one person that did call back was rude would not listen ,unprofessional kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. I have a video and voicemail from another Northeast Acura dealership stating what needs to be fixed. I was told by Acura of Berlin that sometimes dealerships over exaggerate to get more money wow just blows my mind! Stand behind your products you sell!! Consider this before you purchase any car from Acura of Berlin dealership as they do not stand behind their vehicles they sell!!! More

He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. He made it a lot more comfortable for me and made me feel happy with my overall decision in the end.
