This was the second car search that led us to Baystate, and Kevin was a primary reason why we came back. We had a done a decent amount of research on the various models and Kevin was able to answer every question that we threw at him. His knowledge of the vehicles coupled with a relaxed manner made it a wonderful buying experience. It was clear that he wasn't going to be satisfied unless we had exactly the vehicle that we wanted (and knew everything about it). Will definitely be keeping Baystate at the top of the list for future purchases. More

This is our second vehicle from Baystate Ford. Two years ago I bought a new F150 and had a positive buying experience. This time it was my wife's turn to shop for a new car. I went to the dealership alon ago I bought a new F150 and had a positive buying experience. This time it was my wife's turn to shop for a new car. I went to the dealership alone the first time to touch base with my previous sales person. I was met by Chuck who informed me that my previous salesperson had left. Chuck said he could help me and I found him to be a very good person to deal with. He was definetly not high pressure. I asked to see the Ford Escape and we went to the lot where he showed me one in our price range. He was very thorough in explaining everything about the vehicle. I told him this was for my wife and that because of her work schedule we need a test drive etc. in the evening. Chuck said fine and agreed to meet us at night after work. We returned and test drove the Escape but it was not what my wife expected. After the test drive we returned to the dealership and started looking around the lot at the new Fusions. Chuck came out and showed us the features and we asked to drive the Fusion. This car is a great vehicle and my wife seemed to be satisfied with the ride handling etc. After a private discussion we decided to try to negotiate for the vehicle. Chuck told us of the rebates and incentives and after several back and forths we agreed on a price. During this process I asked for more allowance for my trade in and more off the MSRP after the incentives. Chuck got this done for us with no drama. Through the whole process Chuck was a perfect gentleman. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle at Baystate. I suggest that you do your research and know what you are prepared to pay before entering the dealership. We also interacted with Nick who did all the financing etc. He was a super guy and kept everything rolling along in a light professional manner. We entered the dealership at 630 PM, test drove two vehicles and left the dealership at 930PM driving a new Ford Fusion. Because it was late that evening Chuck arranged for my wife to come back on the following Sunday to get her started on hands free cell phone feature of the Fusion. My wife said he made it easy to understand and now she is able to use her cell phone while commuting to and from work. This was the second positive car buying experiences in a row at Baystate Ford. I telephoned Baystate Ford on a Thursady morning to arrange a test drive of a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. When I arrived at the dealership that afternoon Matt Owens was available to assist with my test d arrange a test drive of a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. When I arrived at the dealership that afternoon Matt Owens was available to assist with my test drive and to answer my questions. Within fifteen minutes we were on the road for the test drive. I asked Matt if the test drive could include secondary roads and some highway driving, he was more than happy to oblige. During the drive Matt reviewed many of the features of the car and displayed a deep understanding of the car and its atributes. Upon our return to the dealership we discussed the cost of the car and the value of my current car, which I traded. The entire process was relaxed and seamless. No pressure, just an open discussion of what I wanted to pay for the car, which Matt and the dealership agreed to within five minutes. The deal we negotiated was reasonable and fair for all. Working with Matt was a pleasure; he is extremely organized, knowledgable, competent, tireless, and polite! After the deal was stuck, I met with Nick Smith, the Business Manager, to discuss financing and extended service options. Again, the entire discussion and process was relaxed and seamless. Nick is very knowledgable and able to answer questions with ease. He was also able to offer me financing at a lower rate than my own credit union, just terrific! Matt also introduced me to the service manager and scheduled my first oil change, which is free. We toured the new dealership facility which is impressive and state of the art. I will be returning for additional services in the future. Through the efforts of Matt and Nick I was able to drive home in my new car. The Fusion Hybrid is an impressive automobile, my first four days of driving has yielded an average of 48 mpg! I am extremely pleased with Baystate Ford and the Fusion. More
Sold my 2012 Ford Focus SEL in great condition with 27K miles. Baystate paid me $12,000. Baystate then "certified" the car in it's advertising and had an asking price of $16,900. No used car bargain miles. Baystate paid me $12,000. Baystate then "certified" the car in it's advertising and had an asking price of $16,900. No used car bargains are to be found at Baystate Ford, and don't expect to find any. They (Gary Walker) claims free enterprise, I claim GREED pure and simple. More

I went in for a recall service. The mechanic who took my truck around the building must have thought I was in the waiting area, because I caught him spinning my tires on the ice and snow. Then the truck cam truck around the building must have thought I was in the waiting area, because I caught him spinning my tires on the ice and snow. Then the truck came back with a broken shifter. They would not replace the part they broke because my vehicle quote "has to many miles and they're not responsible for breaking the shifter". I am never goin back for service there again and I am going to recommend all my friends who drive fords to stay clear of baystate. More
My wife and I were searching the internet for a new Ford SUV and sent out emails to several ford dealers. I was email back several quotes by each dealer. All the dealers’ quotes seemed high except for Bay S SUV and sent out emails to several ford dealers. I was email back several quotes by each dealer. All the dealers’ quotes seemed high except for Bay State Ford. Bay State came in several thousand lower (No that’s not a typo, I said thousand) I got a follow up email and decided to go to the dealership and have a look. I was meeting by Mike Littlefield (Sales) and I told him about my email exchanges with the dealership. Mike said no problem and he would be happy to show us the SUV. It was raining and although my wife and I had an umbrella Mike did not. He still was out in the rain showing us the SUV. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the SUV. Every single person we met with from the email contact to financing was super nice down to earth. Everything was so easy and stress free. My wife and I decided to sleep on it and again they did not pressure us. The next day we brought our old SUV in and we were offered right what we were looking for as far as trade valuation. We purchased our new 2013 Ford Explorer XLT and drove it home within a few hours and are extremely happy with it. Zero pressure, great pricing and friendly as well as knowledgeable staff. It’s nice to go to a dealership were there not out to screw you as soon as they shake your hand I will absolutely recommend Bay State Ford and I will be a returning customer. More
