On a whim I was searching the internet for a new/used car. Came across this dealer and took a chance and sent an email for financing. I got a call the very next day with my options. Met up with Mike he s car. Came across this dealer and took a chance and sent an email for financing. I got a call the very next day with my options. Met up with Mike he showed me my options with absolutely no pressure. That night I decided I would go for it and I had the car within by the weekend. Every single person I met with from the email contact to financing were super nice down to earth and not the typical "salesman" kind of staff. Everything was so easy and stress free. They even hurried to get all the paper work done before my insurance company closed on Friday so I could have my car by Saturday. I would recommend this dealer to everyone! More
I found Baystate Ford to be very accommodating. They worked well with me and gave me a fair price for my new Explorer and a decent deal on my trade. Good people who don't fit the "car salesman" profile. I stated what I needed and no BS involved, they can either do it or not (they did). Icing on the cake was they didn't even entertain Ford credit rate for my loan and took the initiative to find me a rate 5% lower and never even brought it up until I starting probing. You would think a Ford dealership and Ford are in cahoots, not this one. Kevin Hagerty was a real stand up guy I could relate to and felt very comfortable he wasn't trying to screw me. I like this dealership enough that I may actually try the service dept., which I would never see myself doing. Good all aroung experience. More
It had been 8 years since I purchased a new car and my previous experience wasn't great. So this time I was going to do my research! I looked online at difference dealerships for about two months and ke previous experience wasn't great. So this time I was going to do my research! I looked online at difference dealerships for about two months and kept coming back to Baystate Ford. Once I was ready to buy my purchasing experience was great! I was greeted with a smiling face (Chuck) and he helped make the process as easy and anxiety free as possible. The financing staff helped us get the lowest rate possible, which was nice for our wallets. Don't get me wrong the process takes hours but Baystate has a great lounging area with an extremely large TV, which helped pass the time. I purchased my car on a Tuesday night and picked it up on Friday afternoon. I would recommend Baystate Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More
Upon walking into BayState you felt right at home, the showroom is bright, open, and very clean. Kevin greeted me with a smile and assisted me right away. I received an email from the customer service/internet division, regarding my interest in the Ford C-max. Kevin helped to find out about the email and get me into a test drive. I had previously test drove the C-max at another dealership and found it an uncomfortable experience. Right when we got in the car, Kevin made me feel comfortable and at ease to drive the car without any pressure. He explained all the features and options about the car (which the other dealership did not). When we got back from the test drive, he gave us a tour of the dealership including the maintenance department and waiting area (all of which very clean). I decided to purchase the vehicle. Kevin went to bat for me, helping me to receive the rebates that I was eligible for. When it came down to the finance department getting a monthly number for me, that is when my issue came in. I reasonable put down money and told them what I could pay a month, but they wouldn't come back with a reasonable number a month. I called my credit union and went through them instead because they could get me the number I could afford. Kevin was great through out the process, he was patience, kind, and knowledge about the cars and the business. He was the only car sales man that I met (I met a lot in my car search) that didn't bash any other car brand or dealership. I am excited to have gotten my car through Bay State because I know I will be well taken care of and can always get help when I need it. More

I bought 3 cars back in 2010 just before the dealer moved to Easton and had a great experience. Kevin Hagerty and the rest of the team was very helpful in yet another great experience when I traded my mustan to Easton and had a great experience. I have no idea how Baystate Ford can get repeat customers. I took my car to them for Service instead of my usual Ford dealer and was completely blown away at how terrible their customer service is customers. My car needed a simple fix that took 3 days and 3 separate trips back over the following 2 weeks to finally resolve. I was initially charged much higher than quoted due to not including a diagnostic fee in the quote. I was treated as if I was a bother to them rather than a customer and they will not get my business in the future. More

Best experience buying a new car! John was on point from the very beginning. There was no pressure felt and everyone was very friendly.
