Rather than taking the normal "we are sorry for your experience" response, let's take a different approach .. Bruce flipped out and started swearing at our parts manager after he was asked to provide proof of ownership for a vehicle that he wanted keys made for. this is normal operating procedure and a requirement by Ford Motor company prior to releasing very private information, imagine the fraud that could be committed if these steps were not taken??? He then called the police because we refused his request without the proper documentation, and then later called the store to say he was suing us because he was on his way to the hospital due to a heart attack that our dealership was personally responsible for. when the service director reached out to help explain and defuse the situation, he was threatened to have his "face ripped off with your bare hands." at 24 Ford of Easton, we strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction however unfortunately there are situations when dealing with unreasonable requests from unreasonable customers, reviews like this are made. this review will be handed to our compliance department as untrue and false reviews can now be perused. if all companies had the ability to review customers like uber can rate their riders this customer would be rated 0 stars

This response is completely false! I provided a printout from the secretary of state website and manager said it wasn't authentic! I didn't swear, I didn't call the police, I didn't threaten to sue, I didn't threaten to rip the service advisors face off, and I never said I was having a heart attack. Whoever responded to this is a batent liar! Take responsibility for your missteps! I asked multiple people over 3 days what documents were needed and nobody could tell me. I finally spoke to Kaly who was able to tell me what was needed and I brought it in. The parts manager took it in the back then came back out after about 5 minutes threw the paperwork on the counter and said "this isn't going to cut it". I went out to service area and asked for help. After about 10 minutes they came out to say I could get my key made. I went back into parts. The parts manager came out and said "I am the only one who can give you the code and I'm not going to because you have an attitude". Of course I had an attitude at that point! Who wouldn't! 3 days of xx to get a key and still never got a key. I finally broke into my van. These people don't care!
