I have to start by saying that buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do. Baystate Ford has made the experience much more enjoyable. Our salesman did a great job in all aspects. We were driving our new Explorer away the day we walked in the door. Our experience there started in 2012 when my son bought his first new car, a 2013 Taurus. That experience was equally as enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Ford to try Baystate. By the way, my son thinks highly of their service department as well. More

I was in a car accident recently requiring replacement of the vehicle. We were considering purchasing a used car with the insurance money but had some questions about leasing a vehicle. Mr. Hagerty was very the vehicle. We were considering purchasing a used car with the insurance money but had some questions about leasing a vehicle. Mr. Hagerty was very helpful, gave us a tour of the dealership and helped us make the best decision to fit our needs. He walked us through the leasing process and facilitated completion of the necessary paperwork with our insurance company. He went with me on the test drive and taught me the ins and outs of the vehicle. He helped me set up Bluetooth with my cell phone and invited us to attend a free workshop to learn more. I had a rental car and we were able to leave the rental which would be picked up by Hertz at the dealership and drive home in our new car. It was nice not to make extra arrangements with Hertz to return the rental car myself. I drove home with my new Ford Focus hassle free. When I went to Bay State Ford I worked with Joe Caporizzo (sales person). This dealership is not like any of the other dealerships where the sales person is pushy and just wants to get you into a car immedia (sales person). Working with Joe was a great experience because he was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. He answered all of our questions and even did his best in getting us the best price possible. I feel like dealerships dont even do that these days. I would highly recommend going back to Bay State Ford and working with Joe. He made the car buying experience an easy and pleasant experience. I originally came to this dealership looking for a used Ford Focus because I generally love the look and drive of one. My mother and I are extremely wary of dealerships, having had several disheartening an Ford Focus because I generally love the look and drive of one. My mother and I are extremely wary of dealerships, having had several disheartening and irritating experiences in the past. Right when we walked in the door we were greeted by Mike Shaw, who immediately asked if we needed help or were looking for anything in particular. He assisted us in searching for a car within our mileage and price range, something many other dealers did not ask us. My mother, being the austere and unbending (in the loveliest possible way) woman that she is demanded a car in her price range, and Mike was understanding and found us a nice little Honda Civic (which my mother is very pleased about). Although I didn't walk away with a Ford Focus (which I am forgiving about Mike, don't worry) we were able to negotiate a price that was within our limits and I am extremely thrilled with my new car. Mike was helpful and seems very cultured in the specifics of cars and particulars of certain brands. He was able to explain and answer any questions and concerns we had with cars, and took "no" for an answer if we were not interested in a certain car (a concept many employees at other dealerships do not seem to grasp). He wouldn't let me leave unless he answered all my questions and I felt safe and comfortable in my new car. He fixed up any sections of the car I didn't feel 100% satisfied with and removed an ungodly Jesus fish (hah) from the rear of my car for me. I would recommend this dealership purely because Mike was excellent and seems like a truly authentic and laid back guy. I thank him for his help and ability to work with us. He was able to restore my faith that some people aren't just looking to rob buyers nor are they *all* propelled by greed. More

I went to BayState Ford looking for information on a new vehicle purchase with my brother. We were greeted by Michael Shaw immediately. He found out exactly what I was looking for and the price I needed to vehicle purchase with my brother. We were greeted by Michael Shaw immediately. He found out exactly what I was looking for and the price I needed to be within. Michael made the whole process very easy, he was understanding for my need to explore my other options ( corolla and civic), and still spent as much time as I needed making me completely comfortable with the Focus. I left BayState to look at my other options, and my experience was nothing comparable to that of Mike's at BayState. I quickly returned and finalized my deal with Mike, took delievery two days later and am completely satisfied with my whole experience. I would recommend Michael Shaw and BayState ford to anyone interested in a new or used car purchase!!!! More
