I was in the showroom browsing when sales associate Mr. Coffey approached me. I told him what I was looking for and how I wanted to keep my payments around the same I was already paying. He definitely went above and beyond to help me purchase a new 2015 Ford Focus that had awesome features that my 2012 didn't have. 3 hours later I drove off their property in my new grey Ford Focus. I had just an awesome experience and he made me feel relaxed and confident. He was just so helpful and very educated on their vehicles. He took his time and went over every single detail with me.
