Best Car Dealer Experience Ever Yesterday on 5/20 I wan involved in a minor car accident with my 2006 Hyundai Elantra. I drove to the dealership to get my belts adjusted. I had filed Yesterday on 5/20 I wan involved in a minor car accident with my 2006 Hyundai Elantra. I drove to the dealership to get my belts adjusted. I had filed a claim with the insurance company. It was the other drivers fault without a doubt.. Cut me off turning left. I had an appointment with the finance department trying to get credit to fix my car. The salesman and sales manager both saw my car and said that they could not let me drive out of the lot with my car. Not with a clear conscious. So they asked if I would be interested in a new car. The salesman asked what price range I wanted so after a bunch of paperwork and some negotiating they were able to meet me in the middle of my price range. The salesman proposed a red car and I said I did not like red so he said brb. The salesman asked me to come outside and check out this car.... a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. So to shorten the story after a few hours I was able to drive a brand new car off the lot and they even gave me a great credit for my beat up Hyundai. I was so happy. I was also touched at their concern for my safety, it was genuine. I have dealt with many car dealers in my time and this has been my best experience ever. Other dealers just want your money and to get a car off the lot. The team at Bay State Ford in Easton, MA really worked hard to put me at ease and turned a horrible day into one of the best of my life. They have found a forever customer in me. More

Rock the car back to get out of parking spots.Surges in shifting. The highlight though was the great service we received from Bay State. No service from Fords customer care.Accept a lot of we will call..24 hrs return call back.Then it was 48 hrs.then 72 hrs then 624 hrs hence 26 days We did what any red blooded america would do when handed lemons we many lemonade, And we sold it. Signed lost generation. More

STAY AWAY from Baystate I had 2 horrible experiences this year. Recently brought my Expedition in for service. They kept it for 3 weeks and continued to find problems they co I had 2 horrible experiences this year. Recently brought my Expedition in for service. They kept it for 3 weeks and continued to find problems they could submit to Ford Warranty. Eealier this year i brought it in for service a few times and had problems. They quoted me $1,300 for work that seemed very high. I called two other dealerships on the spot and both quoted $300 less fro the same work. Baystate ended up matching the price, but they obviouly price gouging. I just spent $50K on a new Expedition at another dealership even though Baystate is 5 minutes from my house. These people have no sense of remorse for extended service services and obviously look to take advantage of people that dont know much about car work. STAY AWAY !!! More
