Roy who is I believe the GM of the dealership knew that when we were close he simply called me right into his office, he told me the facts of what I needed to do and the terms of my purchase. Parts and service are incompetent. Don't go here. I had called about my driver's side mirror, and spent an additional $40 and I was assured that the mirror color would match the color of my car. I even spent the money to have it installed. About $500 later, my mirror does not match my car. They will not rectify the situation, I was told I have to spend more time and money to have it sent to a body shop. Highly disappointed. More
