Service I brought my truck in for rear defrost not working.I was told hvac module was bad and the part had to be ordered.I got a call the next day saying part I brought my truck in for rear defrost not working.I was told hvac module was bad and the part had to be ordered.I got a call the next day saying part was in.I set up appointment for 3 days later.I had to take day off from work.I brought truck in and was taking the shuttle home, I got a call from service half way home.I was told they didn't have the part! I went back to get truck,I was told by Martha that they would take care of me on next visit for the inconvenience. When part was finally in,I again tok the day off, dropped off truck.Iwaitem at home for call saying truck was done.I went to get truck at 6pm during a snow storm. I was told they couldn't do anything for me from last time,but the truck was ready.I paid my $100 deductible and left dealership not very happy. I check to see that repair was done, It wasnt.not only did I take 2 days off from work,my truck still wasn't fixed.Let's hope the third time is different! More
