Disappointed I was not impressed with the dealer knowing the battery was dead in a Raptor and sold it that way. Now I know why it was running in front of the dealership when I showed up to test drive it. Bad business in my opinion. Sales person seemed fine, The rear passenger door lock knob was missing on the vehicle. I asked several times (multiple people) if the dealership had one on hand or knew the stock number to order it. Nobody ever followed up on it. More
