I have conflicting feelings about this dealerships service’s. It’s a hit and a miss one day the service is good and the advisors and bad and then some days the advisor is good and the service is bad. service’s. Communication here is absolutely horrible, especially when u have advisors telling u to talk to parts about gettin parts when your vehicle is in there possession. Service advisors are doing better since manager Mark Goldberg joined the team. I think more people should take a page from his book on actual good customer service. More

I have a 2017 Taurus on lease ending next month (May) called Quirk Ford in Quincy, asked for specific details on buying out the lease, no one ever called back, Not Good for Quirk Ford.
