I just bought a truck from them about a week ago and it by far was the best experience I have had at any dealership I have been to. While i was signing the final paperwork my girlfriend was with out 2 yr o by far was the best experience I have had at any dealership I have been to. While i was signing the final paperwork my girlfriend was with out 2 yr old in the main lobby and were getting restless the salesman took them to get food down the street so they wouldnt have to wait until i was done. Will definitely return next time I am purchasing a vehicle. More

I am genuinely afraid to leave my car at Baystate ford. Anytime I’ve had to leave it there and have been told it will only be a couple hours I have to call them to check (don’t usually get a call from them Anytime I’ve had to leave it there and have been told it will only be a couple hours I have to call them to check (don’t usually get a call from them when they say). And they end up telling me it will be a few days. I’ve hardly had a good experience there. Once even with an appt it took 3 hrs for an oil change and inspection sticker. Never ended up getting the inspection sticker had to go somewhere else due to the machine being down. Which they neglect iced to tell us. More
