Great service and communication that met my needs. Only negative was I had to top off the air in my new tires to the proper 42 psi immediately afterwards. Thanks! negative was I had to top off the air in my new tires to the proper 42 psi immediately afterwards. Thanks! More
I’ve brought a couple cars in to have tires plugged. The technicians don’t ever seem to find them! I’ve gone to the point of pointing out exactly where it is on the tire and they still can’t find them! It s technicians don’t ever seem to find them! I’ve gone to the point of pointing out exactly where it is on the tire and they still can’t find them! It seems they would rather sell me a new tire then fix the one I brought in. This has been on my truck and on my wife’s car. The oil change was great. All they did was rotate the tire from the front to the back and bring it to the correct pressure. By the time I got home the tire was down a couple pounds already! More
Good dealership, no pressure to buy, got a good deal I think. Service is good so far, could do a quick vacuum of vehicle at end of service for nice touch. think. Service is good so far, could do a quick vacuum of vehicle at end of service for nice touch. More
I've purchased many a car during my life and found my experience at BayState Ford to be very straight up, no bs, and refreshing. Yes I would recommend them to my friends and family. I would recommend. Sam Pierce was personable. The other floor sales folks also very friendly and wanting to help. Very attentive. Clear communication about warranty could be better I thought I bought floor sales folks also very friendly and wanting to help. Very attentive. Clear communication about warranty could be better I thought I bought the extended warranty but when I met with nick the business manager, he pitched me for a different warranty. . Sam was diligent about wearing his mask. Managers walked blatantly around the indoor sales floor a lot without masks. I was there with an older parent and we felt very uncomfortable. During this pandemic, not good. More

I have had a problem starting my 2013 Ford Escape several times since last November. I brought it to service at Bay State at which time they diagnosed an circuit board replacement (for my radio which doesn’t times since last November. I brought it to service at Bay State at which time they diagnosed an circuit board replacement (for my radio which doesn’t work) costing $1,200! I was going to trade the car in the Spring but Covid ended that idea. Then in May I was back to Service because the car wouldn’t start. Service still wanted to replace the circuit board, but what good is a radio if the car won’t start! They replaced the battery although the former battery wasn’t that old. The car ran well until the end of October. Back to service, who said I needed an alternator for..... $1200! I called my regular mechanic and he offered me a much lower price, when I was asked why I wasn’t getting it at Bay State, I told them the price was too high. This fellow went online and found it could be done fir $900!!! They would have had the job if that was the original price, but too late at that point. My mechanic replaced the alternator the beginning of November. Last Friday the car didn’t start. Called AAA, road service said the battery, alternator and starter were all good. He thought it might be electrical. I drove it to my mechanic who checked it out and didn’t find any problem. He thought the battery might have been sitting around prior to installing in my car in May. The car started fine Sunday twice. Tuesday it was dead again! AAA roadside repeated what the previous AAA guy stated. Called Bay State and was told to take it to Quick Lane. I spoke to Quick Lane (didn’t get his name, but very nice and tried to find the problem as best he could). They did diagnostics on the battery, alternator and starter. They could not find the problem. I’m going out shortly to see if it will start..I have errands to do! All I want for Christmas is for my car to start!! If not it’s back to Service and they will get an earful as it has been diagnosed 3 now 4 times in the past year. The car 🚘 not has a little less than 56k miles. I had an 85 Ford LTD Brougham I ran 8 years and put 227k miles on it. Cried when I turned it in. I love my Escape, but it’s not useful when it won’t start! More
I am always satisfied with Baystate Ford. They are a little bit pricey but the good service makes it worthwhile. I am glad they have newer next service stickers for reminders because the old ones sucked little bit pricey but the good service makes it worthwhile.
