I originally had gone to bring my wife to pick up her car after getting a sticker. I looked around the lot and found a car I really liked. A salesman came out(in the pouring rain) to greet me. We spoke bri after getting a sticker. I looked around the lot and found a car I really liked. A salesman came out(in the pouring rain) to greet me. We spoke briefly and he gave me his card. I called and set up a test drive and purchased the car a few days later. My wife, father in law and my mother have bought vehicles from Baystate in the past. I will be a repeat customer based on my experience. More

I had an issue with my previous service. Basically I felt I was overcharged for the service provided and was working with Jon Rydings, the service manager. He promised to help resolve my issue but then just I was overcharged for the service provided and was working with Jon Rydings, the service manager. He promised to help resolve my issue but then just stopped communicating. I tried to contact both by phone and email. Very disappointing. The only reason I brought my car in for the recent oil change is to use my remaining points. Now I will no longer service my vehicle at BayState. More
Recall brought us to this dealership. Got a call before the car was released that we needed some extra work that would cost over $250 and was asked if we wanted the service, which we declined. Understood w the car was released that we needed some extra work that would cost over $250 and was asked if we wanted the service, which we declined. Understood what was needed to complete that work by myself and saved over $200. Little shady, but that's what dealerships do. More
