I was contacted for a recall on my Ford Ranger, by Ford Motor company, and given an appointment right away by Baystate Ford. Normally we are pleased with our service from Baystate Ford, but this time we are very disappointed. First we had the "works" oil change done which included checking the tire pressure and rotating them. Ford, but this time we are very disappointed. First we had the "works" oil change done which included checking the tire pressure and rotating them. According to the truck the tire pressure is 38 and 47 on opposite corners and according to the door tag should be 35. Also, the lug nuts were loose and if we were not doing the brake repair ourselves on the vehicle I would not have noticed this until a wheel had falling off. In addition I had brought it in for a steering issue that happens during highway driving. They stated they could not find any problems with the steering, I even told them that they could take a longer test drive and I would pay the hour diagnostic but thus was not done. More
