My new Ford Explorer is AWESOMETASTIC. I have bought 8 cars in my life from 8 different sales people. I will buy ALL of my future cars from Brett Lincoln because I didn't feel like the whole process was cars in my life from 8 different sales people. He treated me both professionally and respectfully. 2. He was up front about what he could and could not provide 3. He called me when he said he would, vehicle was ready when he said it would be. 4. One of the windows was a "little bit dirty"...he noticed it,then immediately took it out back and got it PERFECTLY cleaned in 2.2 seconds 5. After taking the vehicle home I noticed a SMALL problem. I called Brett, he apologized and made arrangements to fix IMMEDIATELY. 7. He didn't just run through the cars options, he took the time to properly explain how to use and operate the options. 8. He gave me his direct number so I could contact him directly "just in case" I had any problems. 9.
