Answered all my questions. Couldn't have made the process more comfortable. He is a pleasure to work with. He stayed late so I could pick it up and helped put 2 car seats in the car for me. I would recommend Baystate Ford to family and friends. Especially Kevin Hagerty. I'm so glad I lucked out and had him. If you go, ask for Kevin. Thanks Kevin, your the best!! Went to Baystate to lease a new car. I went later in the day on a Saturday and was treated very well. I test drove 2 different cars and the staff stayed over an hour past closing to try and get me a good de day on a Saturday and was treated very well. I test drove 2 different cars and the staff stayed over an hour past closing to try and get me a good deal. I never felt pressured or felt like they didn't want to waste time on a young buyer. They stayed late, I left with a good deal, spent the night sleeping on it, and called first thing the next day to come sign the paperwork. Even watched the Pat's game on a big flat-screen tv while filling out the forms. The facility is also very nice and up-to-date. Complimentary coffee and popcorn too! More
Went to BS Ford to buy a used car, was at the dealership for 6 HOURS working with the slowest salesperson ever, agreed on price and put a deposit down on Credit Card. Went to have car checked by my mechanic for 6 HOURS working with the slowest salesperson ever, agreed on price and put a deposit down on Credit Card. Went to have car checked by my mechanic and it had been in a accident with a bad repair job. Decided not to buy the car. I put the deposit down on 8/18/2012 and still have not recieved my refund. I called once per week, and 4 times the sales manager Greg Sargent told me that it was "all set". Then would blame it on his staff after telling me he was going to take care of it. I even went back there and they told me they couldn't do a CC refund that day. It has been one month, I have had to pay interest on the deposit that should have been returned the next day. Very poor customer service, lots of excuses and blaming their staff. Not the way Frank Lupachinno would want his buisiness run. I was very pleasant with them the whole time. More

Sales Consultant John Cupoli is a pleasur Massachusetts in 2009, so when it came time for me to trade my car it eas a natural for me to go to there. Sales Consultant John Cupoli is a pleasure to work with. He listens to your needs and preferences and will go te extra mile to get you into the right vehicle without any pressure or hype. He understands that sales and customer service is about building a relationship and he does this well. I hope that John is there in the future when I trade cars again. I will definately return to BayState Ford. More

I really appreciated the experience because I did not feel pressured. I was very impressed with the dealership itself, it was recently built and very accommadating for kids. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to buy a car. We had to travel a bit to get there, but it was well worth it. More

Just bought a Ford F-150. They did not have the exact truck we wanted but they were able to locate one in a different state and pick it up so we could complete the deal. Kevin was the best car salesman truck we wanted but they were able to locate one in a different state and pick it up so we could complete the deal. Kevin was the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. He was low pressure, extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. We had a similar deal from a large volume dealership but chose Baystate because Kevin and sales manager Greg were much better to work with. More
Brought vehicle in for recall issue several times over the course of a year plus. After returning for same issue five times, they still did not resolve it and stated that it was no longer a warranty issu the course of a year plus. My experience with Ryan was a whole different story. He does not demonstrate the concept of working with the public, He basically blamed the Ford Motor Company for no longer covering the recall issue and stated that Bay State Ford had done the job correctly the first time. It involved a leak that kept appearing from the same cause and he was not there the first time or second time I brought my car in to be corrected. He told me if I wanted them to correct the problem the fifth time I brought the car in for the same reason, I would be charged for it. Rather than give them a dime for work that they could not previously do properly, I have elected to go to a trusted mechanic and pay whatever it takes to fix the problem once and for good. Would advise anyone considering their services to stay away, unless you are looking to get aggravated! More
