I was in the market for a used newer vehicle and went to multiple dealerships were I was met with very pushy in your face salesmen. I was tired and about to give up my car search when we drove by baystae ford and decided to give this place a shot. Within seconds of walking in we were met by john. He first asked how my thanksgiving was, which I was pleasantly surprised at and after that asked what he could do for me. I told him what I wanted and he showed me a few cars. I test drove some cars, looked at other cars I never would have thought of, then went back to the car I knew I wanted. When going over the vehicles John was very polite, knowledgable, and was a down to earth guy. He wasn't pushy at all and listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a car. John also brought us around the delership where he showed us the parts area, service area, and answered all my questions. When it came down to talking numbers, John and the staff at baystate ford did an unbelievable job at getting to where I wanted to be, where i was comfortable with the payments, and made sure this is the vehicle I wanted. From start to finish John Cupoli was a great guy who genuinely was interested and listened to me in what I wanted in a car and didn't push me at all which I was soo pleased with considering my earlier run ins with other car salesmen. I would highly recommend John as he is a great guy and salesman and would highly recommend baystate ford. More

I was waiting for someone to try and pull the wool over my eyes but once I started chatting with Kevin Hagerty and Ronnie Eames, I realized I was in good hands. They were patient with me and really heard what I was saying instead of just agreeing to get a sale. I enjoyed working with Kevin because it was easy to see that he generally cares about what he does and that he has the best interest at heart for each of his clients and isn't just there to make a "quick buck". It's nice to relate to someone that is just "like us" (as a consumer) and not just a man in a suit that's there for a paycheck. Ronnie was also such a pleasure to do business with. He is one of the general managers so I know he is an extremely busy man. Regardless, he made the time to sit and talk with me to discuss what my financial needs were. I ended up with a better deal than I'd ever expected and I am so grateful for all of the hard work he put into getting me there. My overall experience with Baystate Ford was a great one and I will certainly do business there in the future as well as refer friends and family to them. More
I saw an ad from another dealership for a 2012 F-150 Lariat. I went to Bay State Ford because they had the color and options that I was looking for. I dealt with John Cupoli and Ron Eames regarding my trade and in no time we reached a deal. No hassles and no insults. I have purchased 14 new vehicles in my life, many of which were high end so I expect good relations with dealers. They didn't let me down. I look forward to having my new truck serviced there because I'm sure that I'll be pleased with that as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I was treated with respect, with no pressure and John has followed up a couple of times to make sure that I'm happy and to answer any questions that I might have. More

Although I was upset with the original experience as described below, upon hearing my dissatisfaction with my experience Baystate ford worked with me to make it right. They took time to hear my concerns and offer a deal that was reasonable in the end. My experience with John Cupoli was a positive one, he was very friendly, and helped us to select a car without feeling any pressure. He even came in on his day off to finalize the paperwork! And in the end, I love my new car. More
In September I was in a pretty bad accident in my 2010 Ford Explorer XLT leaving it totalled. Over the last two months we have been looking for a new vehicle and have had no luck. Over this past weekend we contacted Paul Clark VW about an SUV they had and they gave us the run around on the phone. This morning we called again and decided to drive out that way. Come to find out Paul Clark VW was HORRIBLE, they have the worst customer service and sales I have ever experienced. Luckily, I had been looking online at Baystate Ford's inventory over the weekend as well and decided to give it a shot on our way home. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by John Cupoli and he was so friendly. I explained to him how furious I was with Paul Clark VW and that it was simple what we were looking for. We wanted an affordable, safe vehicle with low miles. I asked about their 2007 Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer I had seen online and he was so quick to get the keys and pull it right out for us. He opened all of the doors, went through the vehicle bumper to bumper - even explaining all of the safety features that probably saved my life in my previous crash in my 2010 Explorer. We had our 10 month old daughter with us and she even loved him! After the test drive and getting to know John, realizing he was a sincere and down to earth person we knew this was the car for us. He gave us a full tour of their spotless facility and explained how the service center opertates (scheduling, etc.). We explained to him our financial concerns and Baystate was great enough to meet us at a price point we could afford. Buying a car can be a very stressful process but buying from Baystate Ford was an unbelievable experience. No pressure, no stress, just great people! We are so excited and happy with our purchase and will recommend Baystate, especially John to everyone we know! Thank you! More

Buying my new Ford F-150 at Bay State Ford was one of the best car buying experience we've ever had. After shopping around and, I'll admit, trying to get the best deal, we re-visited Bay State Ford and got m best car buying experience we've ever had. Prepared to purchase a 2012, I ended up with a 2013 with more bells-and-whistles than I was looking for, and I am so thrilled. I love driving my new truck! Kevin Hagerty did a great job showing the car and explaining everything about it in a friendly manner. He had clear answers to my questions and provided me with all the information I requested. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. He also took the time to give me a tour of the dealership. The whole buying experience was very smooth as they walked me through the forms and documents and gave me clear instructions on how to do my part of the process (contact my insurance company and transfer the payment through my bank). As if that wasn't enough, Kevin even went through the trouble of delivering the car to my home in Cambridge, MA two days later. Simply amazing service! More

Let's face it: car dealerships suck. Baystate Ford, in my experience, has been the exception. When I was looking for a new 2013 Mustang, I went through almost every Ford dealer in the area. All of them ei experience, has been the exception. When I was looking for a new 2013 Mustang, I went through almost every Ford dealer in the area. All of them either gave me the runaround or couldn't give me a good price on the Mustang I wanted. I almost ended up at Muzi Ford in Needham, but just as I was ready to seal the deal, Baystate Ford gave me a price $300 cheaper. I asked Muzi if they could match it, instead they suggested that I was being rude to ask for a lower price because "We spent a lot of time on this deal...I would've hoped that meant something". Know what it didn't mean? $300. I was on the phone that day with Tom Trechok, their internet sales guy, to set up a deal with Baystate. Let me tell you, Tom is the reason I bought my Mustang with Baystate Ford. He kept in near constant contact with me regarding my factory order. He made sure that my factory order was EXACTLY to spec with what I wanted, no packages or gimmicks. He was prompt with responses to any questions I had. And with all that, he had a great demeanor, letting me know that I was the focus of the whole deal. Once the factory order came in, I dealt with Chuck Jones. I wish I could give him a 100 star review. This guy spent hours introducing me to my new Mustang. When I told him I had only learned how to drive a standard transmission a couple months ago, he took me a few times around the test drive route and gave me some pointers as to how to best work a standard in the Mustang. Which helped a ton, because of this I picked it right up. On top of all that, he made sure to check in to make sure everything was going well with the new car. If all salesmen were like him, shopping for a new car wouldn't suck so much! My mother came with me to cosign a loan, and he even made sure he grabbed her a coffee and some food for her time at the dealership. Now, I'm a momma's boy, so that was the icing on the cake I live in the Boston area, and there are multiple Ford dealers around me. I gladly drove an hour away to get my Mustang with Baystate Ford. And you should as well. More
