Why does it take over an hour to do a simple oil change when you already have an appointment. This should be at max 30 minute job, and this was the "express service" I would hate to have the regular servic when you already have an appointment. While at the dealership it was good. But after the visit and my vehicle wasn't updated I called and left messages but after 3 times I get a call service. This is during regular hours.
