Not impressed! Oil change should not take 3 hours!!!!!! Made a 10 am appt. For an oil change. I waited for my car in the service lobby. After 2 hours, I had to Oil change should not take 3 hours!!!!!! Made a 10 am appt. For an oil change. I waited for my car in the service lobby. After 2 hours, I had to ask what was taking so long. Was told waiting in filters, should have had my filters waiting for me before 10 am. Then told another 20 minutes. 45 minutes latter, which made me late for an appt. I was supposed to be completed. Upon reading my receipt, air and cabin filters not done, Now my tire pressure sensor is on. Very disappointed, dissatisfied. The counter reps did nothing to help the situation, rude. I will not recommend Southern Chevrolet to any of the teacher coworkers or friends. The worst. More

The best! Been dealing with them for thirty years. I've purchased a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of dealerships in my life, and this one is the only one I Been dealing with them for thirty years. Ray was awesome. He explained what was required for my 2023 Suburban in detail. I was scheduled for three recalls. He had my oil changed, tires rotated, and a state i He explained what was required for my 2023 Suburban in detail. I was scheduled for three recalls. He had my oil changed, tires rotated, and a state inspection done in five hours. Even waited for me to come pick up my vehicle during closing. I highly recommend Ray as your next advisor. More
