They have a lot issues when it comes to their services advisors dealing with customers. Express lane customer service is usually a better experience. Talking to the service manager is a waste of time. No advisors dealing with customers. Express lane customer service is usually a better experience. Talking to the service manager is a waste of time. No need for an appointment, your vehicle is never seen at the appointed time. And again, they couldn’t care any less about your concerns when they are brought to management’s attention. More

Personnel were very courteous however service times are suffering. Service appointment (oil change) started at 7:30 and ran until 10 causing me to miss an appointment.
