I had a younger advisor who started this work and he was absolutely fantastic - you should have never let him go to Norfolk! Anyhow, I have a GMC Sierra EV, and I was very happy with the service I received absolutely fantastic - you should have never let him go to Norfolk! Anyhow, I have a GMC Sierra EV, and I was very happy with the service I received in making all the updates. It's too bad you don't carry GMC vehicles also, the Sierra Denali EV is BY FAR THE BEST TRUCK I'VE EVER OWNED! And I've owned F150s, Ram Lariats, Chevy Avalanches (3) Ford Bronco, etc. More

Very disappointing. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday for an oil change State inspection and open recall. Nancy informed me that she was not sure if the part was in f I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday for an oil change State inspection and open recall. Nancy informed me that she was not sure if the part was in for the recall and if it was, it would take a full day to do the recall. I responded that was fine as long as I got my vehicle back by Thursday evening. If it was going to take longer than that, I can bring it back, but to just do the state inspection and oil change if the part was not in and cannot be completed by Thursday evening. She stated she would call me to let me know about the part. I never received a call about the part. My vehicle was not ready on Thursday. It was not ready on Friday till the evening and I needed it back prior to. If it’s not going to be ready by the day, the customer asked which in this case was three days they should call the customer and inform them that it’s not gonna be ready. I went a week without a vehicle. More
