They have a lot issues when it comes to their services advisors dealing with customers. Express lane customer service is usually a better experience. Talking to the service manager is a waste of time. No advisors dealing with customers. Express lane customer service is usually a better experience. Talking to the service manager is a waste of time. No need for an appointment, your vehicle is never seen at the appointed time. And again, they couldn’t care any less about your concerns when they are brought to management’s attention. More

Don’t understand why it takes over 2 hours to get an Oil change when you make an appointment. Been there twice now and both over 2 hours.
