Don’t understand why it takes over 2 hours to get an Oil change when you make an appointment. Been there twice now and both over 2 hours. I purchased my vehicle from Southern Chevrolet of Chesapeake and attempted to have a warranty-covered repair inspected. The dealership refused to inspect the issue without charging me and falsely acc Chesapeake and attempted to have a warranty-covered repair inspected. The dealership refused to inspect the issue without charging me and falsely accused me of tampering with the front light assembly. Upon inspection, I discovered that the right front turn signal was missing a factory gasket, causing vibration and failure. I have photo evidence showing this was a manufacturer defect. More
