I worked with Alex as Maintenance Advisor for headlamp replacement. A problem presented itself that seemed lie a manufacturing defect. Quick scheduling for a second replacement. The problem wasn't fixed, replacement. A problem presented itself that seemed lie a manufacturing defect. Quick scheduling for a second replacement. The problem wasn't fixed, so a 2nd mfr defect? They expedited troubleshooting with their top tech and discovered that it was the plug. The corrosion should've been discovered on the initial work so the dealership cut me a break on labor. It was the right thing to do and I'm glad they did it with a smile. This was on the 2nd of 3 cars we've purcheased there. More

Don’t understand why it takes over 2 hours to get an Oil change when you make an appointment. Been there twice now and both over 2 hours.
