I drove a ways to get to the dealership. Spoke with Jeff Kazee and enjoyed his approach. Not pushy and overall just treats you like you're a normal human. My transaction started on the phone with Jeff and he was very helpful, you always dread calling a dealership and this was not that experience this time. Found the car I wanted set a time to come in and on my way he realized the car was sold (this dealership goes through alot of cars). He quickly called me and let me know as I was making a 2 hour drive. Some sales people would allow you to drive out and try to sell you something different. They got the car a couple weeks later. We already negotiated a deal that I was happy with and went in and the process was simple and fairly quick if anything we slowed it down looking at other cars. I was a bit hesitant that I would get the deal that we had agreed to due to it being better than a local dealer would do. This wasn't the case and I'll gladly just reach out to them instead of the dealer minutes from me from here on out. Thanks Jeff and Toyota Direct. More
