Nathan and everyone at Toyota of Cleveland was so helpful throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier with my new car! I felt like they actually cared about helping me find a car that would work for me throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier with my new car! I felt like they actually cared about helping me find a car that would work for me and my lifestyle and not just pushing me to buy something because they wanted to make a sale. This was my first time buying a car all by myself and it was so smooth and easy with them. More

Tyler Gibson was great! I have had some really bad experiences at car dealerships in the past 40 years. I never looked forward to a new purchase. Tyler was a different experience and a break from the old ways. He is a true professional and Cleveland Toyota would do well to hang on to him. I can’t say there was a downside to the car buying experience and when I need a new car Cleveland Toyota will my first choice! More
