This is the 7th time my family and I have purchased from Toyota of Cleveland. All I can say is they are the same every time we have been there. Jason Keith was our main salesperson and was awesome. We had a vehicle on order and he kept us updated on the status. We came in without an appointment to look at a different vehicle and Jason was working with another customer so Logan Maddox took over for Jason until Jason was available. They showed great teamwork through the process and would work with either of them in the future. We highly recommend Jason, very down to earth guy. More

Gregg Bain is the Sales Representative that we have always used. My husband recently passed and before his passing, he was already working on the purchase of a new vehicle for me. With the assistance of Gregg Bain, Tyler Ratledge, and Crystal Thompson, I was able to complete the purchase. Over the years of dealing with them, we feel as though they are a part of our family.
