This dealership has to have the worst sales department in the Chicagoland area. A few years back I came here to upgrade my vehicle and was given a ridiculously high quote on a vehicle and was told they don’t the Chicagoland area. A few years back I came here to upgrade my vehicle and was given a ridiculously high quote on a vehicle and was told they don’t negotiate. I went to City VW of Chicago and was given a lease quote almost $100 lower per month on the exact same vehicle. I went in again as I’m ready to upgrade my vehicle and was greeted by the front desk associate and told to go into the showroom and someone would be with me. After waiting over 30 minutes and no one assisting me, I walked out. The only reason I came back was because City VW didn’t have the color vehicle I was looking for. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere since Downtown VW sales is total garbage. Even better is that after I initially wrote this review they said they worked with me to resolve the issue. Literally no one has reached out to me. Lol what a joke. More
