Initially, I worked with service advisor Tammy Brooks, who provided excellent support until her retirement. Since then, Samantha Oliphant has stepped into that role, and I’ve continued to use her for every visit. Her communication is exceptional whether by phone, voicemail, or email, her responses are always timely and professional. I genuinely appreciate her consistent follow-through and how personable she is during every interaction.
I also want to recognize the often-overlooked team behind the scenes—Brandon Stolp and the skilled technicians who keep everything running smoothly. Their work may happen out of sight, but their impact is significant and appreciated.
