This dealership has a very pleasant waiting area. I know I will have to wait for my car but as long as the time is reasonable I’d rather wait here than in most of the other waiting areas elsewhere. They did the minimum for the service. They are in a state of mass confusion. I made reservations online for them to pick up my car for service and return it. They forgot to pick it They are in a state of mass confusion. I made reservations online for them to pick up my car for service and return it. They forgot to pick it up so I had to drive down to their location. They were supposed to return me to my home, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I had someone pick me up. When the car was ready for pickup, They made arrangements to have someone take me to the service center, only to cancel the order an hour later. Needless to say, I complained to the service manager and I am looking for a new service center to take care of my needs. Any suggestions? More
