Made appointment to check on service dept for oil change. Appointment did not matter they could not even fill out paper work. Appoint time does not seem to matter and employes don't care. With the system so incompetent I thought the service would be just as bad. Going to spend rest of day on looking up corp. Offices. I don't think this dealership can handle a 20 minute oil change yet alone any other service or sales of new cars. More

Bought a 2020 dodge durango GT from these Jokers....Grinding in the rear end on a "Certified" preowned car with 15k. Pads gone, grinding, metal on metal 2 months after buying it with 20k on Jokers....Grinding in the rear end on a "Certified" preowned car with 15k. Pads gone, grinding, metal on metal 2 months after buying it with 20k on the vehicle. My new gmc didnt need pads til 60k. So thhey owe me $70 and 2 hrs labor at thier rate plus the rotors are trashed from the grinding with no pad left.. Customer service was an unorganized, unprofessional mess. I make an appointment then they tell me it will be the end of the day....my appointmemt was 11am. It takes a pro about 1 hr. If I had to do it again I could do it in that. So maybe even less. More

The most unprofessional dealership my husband and I have ever done business with. We ordered an in stock part 2 months ago, paid in full, and still have not received the part and no one who can take care of ever done business with. We ordered an in stock part 2 months ago, paid in full, and still have not received the part and no one who can take care of this will pick up the phone or return emails nor return phone calls. The GM will not even address the the problem so under no circumstances would I ever buy a car from such a careless and unprofessional business. Not sure the GM realizes this is a direct reflection on him. More

DONOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVESthey are a piece of crap all DONOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES they are a piece of crap all they care about is lieing to you sold me a Truck with remote start on it that was not there DONOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES they are a piece of crap all they care about is lieing to you sold me a Truck with remote start on it that was not there have keys to the truck with the remote start on it so you think you have a remote start on it NOT, they were supposed to detail the truck twice never did and then put a dent in it that they didn’t fix was supposed to fill tank up NEVER did tried to say they filled it up twice make sure you read every page you sign if you have to get a magnifier to read it because they will swindle you Any way they can I will be calling the BBB on them and the attorney general !!!! they have the worst salesman’s Managers and service people I have ever dealt with, they finally through me off the lot cause I was telling people shop here at your own risk ⚠️ as far as I’m concerned they should be put out of Business More

Horrible, no good. Run. Service department was horrible and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are ghosting us when we try to get the warranty honored. I wouldn't buy new or bring in for service here. They will bait you to buy and you will regret it forever when you are stuck dealing with thier horribke customer service. Our salesman, Jacob has been horrible and avoids/refuses to return our calls. We will never be back, even if they finally answer our calls to do the warranty work. You DO NOT want these people under your hood. More

Professional is not the word for these people. After agreeing on a deal warranty was less, guy was using foul language in front of my wife. Warranty was supposed to be included. Scam Artists! I agreed to purchase a used truck and negotiated the price over the phone - we are in a pandemic. They sent the buyers agreement and I scheduled a tim I agreed to purchase a used truck and negotiated the price over the phone - we are in a pandemic. They sent the buyers agreement and I scheduled a time to do the paperwork and pick it up. I arrived at the dealership and they asked for the keys to my trade to do a final inspection (they inspected it two days earlier). They came back in and said this is not a 2019 it’s a 2017, I said I know...you looked at it and ran The vin# and gave me a trade value already. I’m sorry we cannot do this deal...? What? A 2017 is obviously worth much less than a 2019. The manager then tried to work a deal with me... I asked for my keys and walked out the door. He followed me to the parking lot and was still trying to work a deal. VERY Unprofessional! It’s hard to believe this type of sales scheme is still being used today. Get someone into the dealership, take the keys to their car, make them wait and wait, then change the agreement at the last minute. Tell them how great they are to do business with... I will make sure ALL Family and Friends hear about this! Bad Business! More

Great people! Great quality! Great prices! Came in for a service, got it taken care of , then traded it in for a upgrade! The service staff was attentive, even though it was busy. And the sales Came in for a service, got it taken care of , then traded it in for a upgrade! The service staff was attentive, even though it was busy. And the sales staff and managers really found me a great deal on a brand new 2019! Definitely sending my family here when they need a vehicle. And I'll be back for my next one in a couple years! Also the new showroom is very clean and comfortable, it made the wait seem like nothing . Customer service followed up the next day and made sure I was taken care of ! More
