Horrible, no good. Run. Service department was horrible and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are ghosting us when we try to get the warranty honored. I wouldn't buy new or bring in for service here. They will bait you to buy and you will regret it forever when you are stuck dealing with thier horribke customer service. Our salesman, Jacob has been horrible and avoids/refuses to return our calls. We will never be back, even if they finally answer our calls to do the warranty work. You DO NOT want these people under your hood. More

Rude Employees I had only just called trying to get numbers before I traveled over 2 hours away. Sales rep Allison was rude over the phone. I asked to work with someone else and she said in a nasty tone, "Why don't you want to work with me I'm trying to help you." Only dealership that wouldn't run numbers for me unless the pulled my credit. I work in sales at a very reputable dealership and I know how to do business. I'm very disappointed because I probably would have bought the vehicle if they would have presented some numbers. More

Untrustworthy Called in early to verify availability of a car, chatted with someone online who couldn't help at all, waited until morning to call the dealership and Called in early to verify availability of a car, chatted with someone online who couldn't help at all, waited until morning to call the dealership and they verified the availability of the car listed, I told them I lived in Tampa and its a 40-minute drive to get to the dealership, the person was polite and stated the car will be here, As I was almost getting to the dealership 10 minutes away I received a call from a rude salesperson who stated that someone has just put money on the car and they can't hold it any longer. This incident just showed how low these people are, I wouldn't buy anything from this dealership even if it was for free. More
