I wanted to write in on my experience ordering my new vehicle from Lakeland CDJR. This was the best experience at a dealer that I’ve ever had. I inquired about custom ordering with Mike Peralta in sales. Mike is straight forward, honest, and just a pleasure to do business with. Mike ensured I understood every step of the process and am very happy with the entire transaction. I would highly recommend Lakeland CDJR to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Their professionalism and honesty are a rare trait to find in car dealers these days, especially in Florida. More

Horrible, no good. Run. Service department was horrible and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are ghosting us when we try to get the warranty honored. I wouldn't buy new or bring in for service here. They will bait you to buy and you will regret it forever when you are stuck dealing with thier horribke customer service. Our salesman, Jacob has been horrible and avoids/refuses to return our calls. We will never be back, even if they finally answer our calls to do the warranty work. You DO NOT want these people under your hood. More

A Dealership that lives up to the reputation of car salesman This is a terrible dealership!!!! They are obviously kind and willing to work for you when you are coming in, doing everything they can to help you. This is a terrible dealership!!!! They are obviously kind and willing to work for you when you are coming in, doing everything they can to help you. Amy was my salesperson and she was the one of the only positive things about our experience after we left is when things went wrong or should say their level of care. Once you are sold a car unless they can sell you something else, you are dead to them and they are unwilling to help you. I bought an SUV that had Key restrictions, they promised to pay for a new key to fix the problem. A family emergency prevented me from coming in right away and now they are going back on their word and being unwilling to help! Tyler, a service manager is one of the rudest people in the business! Literally spent over 20,000 dollars with them and this is a 300.00 fix and they refuse to help. Trash! Do not buy from these people, they do not deserve your business! More

The Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep employee's we're incredible I have to start off by saying that my initial Voyage into purchasing a car did not start at this particular dealership but at the dealership right nex I have to start off by saying that my initial Voyage into purchasing a car did not start at this particular dealership but at the dealership right next door, Lakeland Toyota. Unfortunately, if I'm being completely honest I must say that my experience at the neighboring dealership was far far lower than what should be considered industry-standard. But, because of the events that took place at that unfortunate dealership and after discussing it with many of my colleagues and friends and peers, one of my closer friends and particular mentioned that he had an old friend who works at the Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership right next door. he said his name was Hercules Frantzis, and he would get ahold of him and let him know to give me a call. Hercules made contact with me almost immediately after receiving the referral from my friend. Hercules completely empathize with me on my experience that I just gone through at the neighboring dealership but I assured me that he and his team would do everything within their power to make sure that I truly was taken care of the way that it was originally promised, and I could tell him this guy's voice that there was some sincerity there so I went with it and trusted it and agreed to come down to meet him and take a look at the vehicles. I set up an appointment came down there and met Hercules as promised and I can't tell you that this was your every one of the day Mill car salesman then unfortunately get a lot of stereotypical bad rap. No sirs. I need this because I could use Life Experiences then I've had many times before in purchasing vehicles from dealerships in the past and there was always a consistent underlying mystery about what their true ulterior motive was but not these guys, no way! to talk to Hercules on the phone and to meet him and discuss with him in person regarding my preference in vehicle you would swear that the guy had a true digital download of very specific details regarding the vehicles on his lot, and not only that but he needs them with confidence and when I contact there was no hesitant seen or a hesitation of tone that would indicate questioning of what he was saying, never! This man is a walking Encyclopedia of vehicles I'm not even kidding with you. I'm here I've been sitting there studying the handful of vehicles for days on end trying to keep all the differences together on paper and in my head and Hercules was already top tier professional level skilled in the area of his career focus, and the best part is that this guy truly cares about his customers and I'm not just saying that because he sold me a car or because he gave me some magical good rate on my financing to be honest with you, because that was out of his hands. He can only do so much when it comes to that department but I'm here to tell you this guy went above and beyond and he went to freaking battle for me against these Banks. Hercules believed in me and I believed in him that's why I returned for a total of 4 visits before I was able to finally purchase a vehicle that I had not even originally set out to purchase but I can't tell you that I've never been happier and I'm so thankful that I had someone on my side who truly gave a xxxx about the customers in this business because that's something that you will not ever find. I was a more difficult customer who had some dings in my credit history. But this guy would not give up. And because I saw the perseverance and dedication and his work ethic, the tone of his voice when he talked to me, it just made me keep coming back for subsequent visits to try and get something closed. on the last day I honestly didn't think it was going to happen I was expecting that Dreadful phone call that was the finalization, "I'm sorry it's not going to happen we tried our best better luck elsewhere" I'm sure many others have experienced in their car shopping days who have mediocre credit. not only did this guy get me out of the used car that I was praying to get into but he worked some type of special level Car Sales Kung-Fu and he seriously put me in a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade Latitude, which was a far cry from the used car that I was pining for. I can't believe that I thought this was some sort of a freaking joke, Hercules was not laughing so I didn't dare. I took this new car for a spin and I have never ridden in anything so smooth and cool ever before when it came to the SUV Department, much less a JEEP!! JEEPS FREAKIN' ROCK man!! I didn't think I would ever be riding around in a brand new bada** Jeep! but I assure you that I am the picture is proof of it and Hercules Frances of Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep is the gentleman and a professional and the scholar of his trade that was able to make this happen and I Know It with all my heart and soul. If a man is still in the profession and five years when I come back to look at another car I don't care if he's working in Georgia or Timbuktu, because hopefully if he is still in the business, I'll be catching a plane out to wherever he is and I'll be buying a car in that city and driving back. Seriously, he has earned my business for life and he's also earned my families and several of my friends referred business that I've already told the story to as well. They're going to be calling Herc this week. I also wanted to thank Josh the sales manager who kept me in one piece in that showroom and made me believe in myself that this is something that I could do and it wasn't a gimmick. It was for real. Also would like to thank being finance manager that came over and spoke with me and my friend at the table. He was from New York, and look like he was a top-tier Golden Glove boxer but the man was as polite and kind as could be, and his sincerity was detected by my intuition as being real from the minute that we started speaking and going over numbers... forgive me please sir! I really apologize but your name escapes me, but I can see your face detail for detail. I wanted to give you a thank you as well. You guys are an incredible team. As a nursing supervisor, I truly know what it's like to have a special team that you work with to get the whole of the job done and done the right way. I understand that you must operate almost like a family in order for this to happen and you guys without a doubt give off that perception and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that genuinity. And whatever you do, maintain that employee morale. The high-energy the smiles and the reverberant genuine laughter you can hear across the showroom floor was the best thing that a customer under a high amount of stress could hear at that moment and I'm personally thank you all for that. A+++++. I hope that the general manager gets the chance to read all of this and I hope that he takes all of my words to the absolute truth and the highest of sincerity and meaning.
