THE GOOD: Large dealership with good selection of vehicles. THE BAD: Went in to buy a truck recently and was shocked at the behavior of its staff (not the salesman)… the sales/ finance manager a vehicles. THE BAD: Went in to buy a truck recently and was shocked at the behavior of its staff (not the salesman)… the sales/ finance manager and the General Manager. They were incensed that I was comparing prices between Florida dealerships and found a much lower price elsewhere. They promised to meet that price if I gave them the location. Upon doing so, they called that location and purposely turned that dealership against me, because Lakeland Dodge failed on the numbers. Lakeland Dodge single-handed destroyed the deals in both locations. The LD sales manager then had the nerve to scold me like a new employee on probation. Needless to say, I gave them the 3rd degree and purchased my truck elsewhere. Screw these rude, lying backstabbers. More

We had worked with a salesman by the name of Omar. We worked a deal on our trade in and secured our financing for a used vehicle and also talked terms and scheduled a time to pick up the vehicle. Omar told us he would call in 20min to finalize the deal....then get a call in 5 min the vehicle we had been negotiating on had been sold. Lakeland Chrysler and dodge wouldn't do anything to help fix our issue. I wouldnt send any business to this dealership in the near future. More

Bought a 2020 dodge durango GT from these Jokers....Grinding in the rear end on a "Certified" preowned car with 15k. Pads gone, grinding, metal on metal 2 months after buying it with 20k on Jokers....Grinding in the rear end on a "Certified" preowned car with 15k. Pads gone, grinding, metal on metal 2 months after buying it with 20k on the vehicle. My new gmc didnt need pads til 60k. So thhey owe me $70 and 2 hrs labor at thier rate plus the rotors are trashed from the grinding with no pad left.. Customer service was an unorganized, unprofessional mess. I make an appointment then they tell me it will be the end of the day....my appointmemt was 11am. It takes a pro about 1 hr. If I had to do it again I could do it in that. So maybe even less. More

When l !!!Buyer Beware!!! Went to purchase a car for cash with a trade in. After the trade in was subtracted the price was now 4000 more than listed. When looking at itemized sheet I found that over $3000 was in dealer fees (not tax, tag, title). $1800 reconditioning fee, $1000 paperwork fee, $300 key fee. Don't trust these aggressive salesman and they're inane fees. Go to a reputable dealer that doesn't rip you off. More

Please check the paperwork and ask about every number before you sign anything. The finance person did not go over any number on my contract and my payments are much more than I expected. As a professional that’s their job to explain every paper that they give you to sign. It was getting late, and I was getting tired from all the negotiations so I put my trust in the dealer finance person and now I pay the price. When I went home and look through the paperwork the numbers didn’t add up. Two days later I went back to pick up my vehicle from the service I asked for someone to go over the numbers in my contract. 3 hours later no one knows how to explain all the numbers. They keep giving me different answers and keep blaming finance person. The company makes hidden charges and doesn’t even know how to explain. They have dealer fee to put gas in it and to get car ready for u all that is BS just to get more money. Go to the bank and don’t finance with them. I also purchased additional vehicle policy which I cancelled a week later. Today is 3 months Since I cancelled the policy and the bank still didn’t get refund and no one knows where the money went. I spoke with the dealership and according to them they lost my cancellation paperwork. The most unprofessional group of staff I have ever encountered. I highly do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel cheated. More

Professional is not the word for these people. After agreeing on a deal warranty was less, guy was using foul language in front of my wife. Warranty was supposed to be included.
